FAQ Type: Shipping & Fulfillment
For any order issues, please reach out to our customer service team: help@slaitepod.com as soon as possible. When reaching out, include your shop name, Slaite (SLT) order number and any details about the order so our team can efficiently resolve the issue.
The cost of shipping is not included in the cost of the product. If you would like to include shipping in the cost of your products, you can adjust the overall product price in your online store to cover the cost of shipping. You can also set up standard shipping prices for specific products on Shopify.
Currently, Slaite does not add promotional materials or other add-ins to customer orders.
Once an order is placed, Slaite will fulfill the order by customizing the products within 5 business days. Once the order is fulfilled, the product(s) will be packaged and shipped. Shipping times are dependent on the recipient’s location. Typically, orders shipping to the U.S. and Canada will arrive in 1-5 business days. We do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. For any additional information, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing help@slaitepod.com.
If the UPS tracking information shows the order is being returned to sender, please reach out to us by emailing help@slaitepod.com with your store name and the Slaite (SLT) order number.
To check the status of an order, you can visit the “Orders” tab on the Slaite Dashboard or on your Shopify store.
