Welcome to Slaite! Before using our platform, please carefully read the below “Agreement” which governs all use by the “Creator” (“you”, “your”, the user, person, the merchant, entity or business using the provided services) and Slaite.
This website, www.slaitepod.com (the “Site”) is operated by Slaite. Throughout this Agreement and the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Slaite. Slaite offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the Creator, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. In summary, this Agreement enables to Slaite to support the Creator and carry out logistics roles and responsibilities while Creators can maintain their focus on their brand. This Agreement includes lawful language to protect us and our Creators, but any questions or clarifications needed are encouraged and can be forwarded to help@slaitepod.com.
By visiting our Site, registering an account, and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all Creators of the Site, including without limitation to Creators who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
By accessing or using any part of the Site or by registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Site or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Given the nature of application development and the accelerated pace of new innovations, any new features or tools which are added to the current app shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. While we do our best to keep you informed of any updates or changes, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
Slaite is a print-on-demand company for businesses that want to outsource the printing, inventory, fulfillment and delivering components. Slaite acts as a supportive measure to Creators streamlining their business. Slaite white-label prints and drop ships Products (“Product” or “Products”) directly to the “Customers” of the Creator. Slaite manages the Product inventory, fulfillment and shipping services in addition to performing the Product customization. Slaite provides the behind-the-scenes while Creators focus on business development.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.
You may not use our Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
If you register an account and use Slaite Services, your relationship to Slaite is limited to being that of a consumer and not an employee, agent, joint venturer or partner of Slaite. You act exclusively on your own behalf and for your own benefit, and not on the behalf or for the benefit of Slaite.
2. CONTENT RIGHTS
Slaite grants the Creator a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for the Creator’s own individual use subject to the other terms of this Terms of Service. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service not expressly granted herein are reserved by Slaite.
Slaite allows Creators to upload content to our Site and to publish it through a third-party ecommerce platform. Anything that you put on the Products remains your content. You retain all rights in, other than the rights expressly granted to Slaite below and any that you may grant to your Customers and are solely responsible for your content.
Creators may only publish content that is either the sole ownership of the Creator, or for which you have written authorization from the content owner. You represent and warrant that any content you post is owned by you or that you have authorization from the content owner to post it. If you believe that another Creator has improperly used your copyrights or trademarks, please report it to us immediately.
In using our Service, you grant Slaite a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and promoting our Service. While there is no obligation for Slaite to do so, we will attempt to inform the Creator of any potential use of content for the promotional services of Slaite by contacting any personal information associated with the Creator’s account.
As a condition of use of the Service, you agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by the below Terms of Service. Creators are responsible for all your activity in connection with the Service and shall abide by all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations and any applicable regulatory codes. You agree to the following:
- Creators may not resell, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the Service.
- Creators may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service.
- Creators may not copy, adapt, alter, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Service without written authorization of Slaite.
- Creators may not permit other individuals to use the Service, including but not limited to shared use via a network connection, except under these Terms of Service.
- Creators may not circumvent or disable any technological features or measures in the services that are designed for protection of intellectual property rights.
- Creators may not use the Service in an attempt to, or in conjunction with, any device, program, or service designed to circumvent technological measures employed to control access to, or the rights in, a content file or other work protected by the copyright laws of any jurisdiction.
- Creators may not use or access the Service to compile data in a manner that is used or usable by a competitive product or service.
- Creators shall not use their respective accounts to engage in any illegal conduct.
- It is the sole responsibility to monitor and restrict your account from minor use and you will deny access to minors.
- Creators accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Service by minors in connection with their account and are responsible for any use of your credit card or other payment instrument by minors.
- Creators shall not use the Service to order and resell blank Products without customizing them with owned content or artwork.
Any such forbidden use shall immediately terminate your license to the Service.
Slaite may use its discretion to remove your content from our Service, at any time, with or without prior notice to you, if it violates any of our Terms of Service or policies or is reported to be infringing on intellectual property rights of others. Slaite is not obligated to monitor or police your content. In addition to intellectual property concerns, content that contains any of the below is prohibited and may also lead to termination of Services.
- Child Exploitation: Creators may not post or upload content that exploits or abuses children, including but not limited to images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or that presents children in a sexual manner.
- Harassment, Bullying, Defamation and Threats: Creators may not post or upload content that harasses, bullies, defames or threatens a specific individual.
- Hateful Content: Creators may not post or upload content that condones or promotes violence against people based on, without limitation to: race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or medical condition.
- Illegal Activities: Creators may not post or upload content that facilitates or promotes activities that go against the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business.
- Intellectual Property: Creators may not post or upload content that infringes on the copyright or trademarks of others.
- Personal and Confidential Information: Creators may not post or upload any content that contains personally identifiable information, sensitive personal information, or confidential information, such as credit card numbers, confidential national ID numbers, or account passwords unless you have consent from the person to whom the information belongs or who is otherwise authorized to provide such consent.
- Self-Harm: Creators may not post or upload content that promotes self-harm.
- Terrorist Organizations: Creators may not post or upload content that implies or promotes support or funding of, or membership in, a terrorist organization.
When you agree to and use the Service, Slaite reserves the right to view, monitor, and record activity without notice or further permission from you, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, although we have no obligation to do so. Any information obtained by monitoring, reviewing, or recording is subject to review by law enforcement organizations in connection with the investigation or prosecution of possible criminal activity involving use of the Service.
3. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
While the content of this Site is intended to be helpful, supportive and resourceful, we are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.
This Site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our Site.
4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Due to the nature of accelerated technological advancements and application improvements, Slaite adheres to continuously update the Site and Services to better serve our Creators. Communication about updates to Products and Services will be distributed through automated emails and Slaite will source the email address through the Creator’s account information. For any Products or Services that may be modified or removed, Slaite will provide Creators with an appropriate deadline for removal.
Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Creators are invoiced and charged upon each Customer purchase through an authenticated ecommerce platform. Creators are responsible for ensuring their ecommerce account is correctly linked to Slaite to avoid any technical errors.
5. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our Products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. When a Creator uploads an image for custom printing, a print quality alert will be issued. If a low print quality alert is indicated, it is the Creator’s responsibility to upload a file image with a higher dpi to ensure ideal Product quality.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of Products or Product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time. Any offer for any Product or Service made on this Site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any Products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Products are unique and produced to order. Therefore, Slaite is unable to process returns. Refund payments will be issued for any stained, damaged or incomplete garments upon receipt of evidence. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
If a product has been discontinued, and the Creator or shop owner has not removed the product from their store, orders related to the product may be cancelled, or the product may be substituted at Slaite’s discretion in order to fulfill any orders and to avoid delays. Slaite may do so without advance or express notification to the Creator. In the case of substitutions, Slaite will do its best to provide a substitution of equal value. Where products of equal value are not available, the order will be cancelled.
If a product is out of stock and is expected to remain out of stock for an extended period, Slaite may substitute the product at its discretion to fulfill any orders and to avoid delays, without advance or express notification to the Creator. Slaite will do its best to provide a substitution of equal value.
For any order modifications or cancellations, please contact help@slaitepod.com within 24 hours of placing the order. To avoid delays in order modifications or delays, please include the Creator’s shop name and order number in the initial outreach to Slaite.
6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per Creator or Customer, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
7. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, there may be information on our Site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, Product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
9. PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all Products and services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Slaite, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any Products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any Product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or Product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Slaite uses white-label packaging (no visible or implied branding) on any Creator shipments.
Slaite does not assume liability for any delays with couriers and cannot provide refunds or discounts as a result of courier delays. Slaite can only guarantee that the client’s order has left the Slaite premises on time. The price quoted is for a single shipment, without storage, F.O.B. (Free on Board), local client’s place of business or F.O.B. Slaite’s platform for out-of-town clients, unless otherwise specified. Proposals are based on continuous and uninterrupted delivery of completed orders, unless specifications distinctly state otherwise.
12. PRODUCTION SCHEDULES
Production scheduled will be established and adhered to by the Creator and Slaite. Neither party shall incur any liability, penalty, or delays due to state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of Government or civil authority, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of the Creator or Slaite.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies, or operating rules posted by us on this Site or in respect to the Service, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Slaite, “the App”, provides print-on-demand fulfillment services and drop-shipping services (henceforth “the Service” or “Service(s)”) to Creators who use e-commerce platforms to power their stores. Slaite respects the privacy of its Creators and is fully committed to protect their personal data and use it in accordance with data privacy laws. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and process any personal data that we collect from you—or you provide to us—in connection with your use of our website, install and use our App, or our mobile apps and our print-on-demand services. By accessing or using our Services, you signify your understanding of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy.
Where you are a Creator and it is necessary for us to fulfill our contract with you or where it is in our legitimate interests to provide our Services, we will confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support, operate your account with us and invoice you. For the aforementioned purposes, we automatically collect information that may contain the following personal data:
- Name;
- Company name;
- Shipping information;
- Customer shipping information;
- Email address and phone number;
- Payment and billing information;
- Order handling information
In order for Slaite to provide you with our Services, we work with Third Party Service Provides (henceforth “third parties”) with whom we share personal data to support these Services.
Information you have provided to us during the use of our Services, including technical usage data, is shared with third parties who provide hosting and server co-location services as well as data and cyber security services.
Your email address and other contact details you have provided to us and your messages to our customer service is shared with communication, email distribution, and content delivery services as well as customer support system providers. We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate our website and App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. You are eligible to opt out of marketing and promotional activities, including emails.
Information regarding your purchases and payments is shared with billing and payment processing services, fraud detection and prevention services, accounting and financial advisors.
