My order has been sent, why can’t I see the tracking information?

If you are unable to find your tracking information in the Shopify “Orders” tab, please reach out to us by emailing help@slaite.ca and our customer service team will be happy to help investigate the issue. When reaching out, please include your store name and the Slaite (SLT) order number.

Please note we cannot provide tracking information for PO boxes.
