How do I change or cancel my order?

No worries – we’ve got you! If you wish to change or cancel or order, please send us an email to our customer service reps at help@slaite.ca within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Please make sure to include your shop name and the Slaite (SLT) order number in the email so that we can process your cancellation without any issues. You can find your Slaite (SLT) order number in your Slaite account under the section “Orders.”
